Anoncia fasciata is a moth in the family Cosmopterigidae. It is found in California, United States.[1]

The wingspan is 14–17 mm. The forewings are hoary, sprinkled with brownish fuscous. The hindwings are shining, pale brownish, with an iridescent luster in strong light.
