Archibald Mogwe (born 29 August 1921)[1][2][3] is a former politician and diplomat in Botswana. A member of parliament from Kanye, Mogwe served as the foreign minister from 1974 to 1985, and as the Minister of Mineral Resources and Water Affairs from 1985 to 1994, before serving as Ambassador to the United States. He was appointed to the latter post on 13 November 1995 and presented his credentials on 6 February 1996.[4] Mogwe also played an important role as a facilitator in the Inter-Congolese Dialogue.
