Kitajima (北島町, Kitajima-chō) is a town located in Itano District, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan.

As of June 1, 2019, the town has an estimated population of 22,645 and a density of 2,591 persons per km². The total area is 8.74 km².

Kitajima did not have any station. However, the Kōtoku Line passes through the town.
