Peter Frans Casteels (Name variations: Pedro-Franciscus Casteels, Peeter-Fransiscus Casteels, Peeter-Franchois Casteels) (fl. 1673–1700) was a Flemish painter, who was active in Antwerp from 1660 (or 1690) to 1698. He is mainly known for his flower still lifes. It is believed he studied under Gaspar Peeter Verbruggen the Younger.

He is often confused with Pieter Casteels III, an Antwerp painter of still lifes mainly active in England.[1][2]
