Liuaki 'Lee' Hansen is a former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s and 2000s who played for the Leigh Centurions, Widnes Vikings (two spells), Wigan Warriors, Swinton Lions and the Rochdale Hornets.

Lee Hansen was a Tonga international and played at the 1995 Rugby League World Cup.
