Henry White (academic)

Henry White LLD (died 1538) was an English priest, academic, and lawyer.

White was a priest and Fellow of New College, Oxford.[1] He was Vice-Chancellor of Oxford University during 1531–1532.[2]

Henry White was the brother of Sir John White of Aldershot (died 1573), Member of Parliament and Lord Mayor of London.[3] His daughter Elizabeth White was the second wife of Sir John Godsalve (c.1505–1556), also a Member of Parliament.[4]
