The Žalesys is a river of Kėdainiai district municipality, Kaunas County, central Lithuania. It flows for 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) and has a basin area of 16 km2 (6.2 sq mi).

The Žalesys flows into the Nevėžis River, a tributary of the Neman River, below Tiskūnai.[1]
