Karabakh is a geographic region in the south of Armenia and the west of Azerbaijan.

Although "Karabakh" is the most common spelling of the name in English, there are many ways to spell it:

- Zangezur, the western highlands of Karabakh, the only part of Karabakh which lies within Armenia, roughly corresponding to the Province of Syunik.
