Chamblissburg, Virginia is an unincorporated community in Bedford County, Virginia located along Virginia Route 24, east of Stewartsville.[1]

On highway 24 (Stewartsville Road) going West from Bedford (city, Virginia turn right onto highway 653 (Masons Lane) which loops back out onto highway 24. Chamblissburg is halfway around the loop on the right just before Little Acres Road.
