Stephen James Frost is an American politician who served in the Texas House of Representatives.

Frost was elected as the representative for the 1st district of the Texas House of Representatives in the 2004 election and started his 1st term on January 11, 2005. He ran in the 2012 election, but lost to George Lavender. Frost served his last term from January 13, 2009 to January 11, 2011.[1][2]
