Richard Haggerty is an American politician who represents the 30th Middlesex District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He represents the towns of Woburn and Reading. Haggerty serves on the House Committee on Global Warming and Climate Change, the Joint Committee on Education, the Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture, and the Joint Committee on Financial Services.[1][2][3][4]
