The 2004 Louisiana Tech Bulldogs football team represented Louisiana Tech University in the 2004 NCAA Division I-A football season. The team was coached by Jack Bicknell, Jr., who was in his sixth season with Louisiana Tech. The Bulldogs played their home games at Joe Aillet Stadium in Ruston, Louisiana and competed in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC).
