The Dhawad are a Tirole-Kunbi community found in the state of Maharashtra in India.[1]

Dhavadwadi is a village. Their Hindi language is use for communication. The cast of people living in dhavadwadi is dhavad. Most peoples are former.

At the foot of pratapgad near mahabaleshwar d, rustam jamal created a shivaji maharaj iron-clad tiger nail to fight in the war in the year 1659.

They practiced agriculture as their traditional occupation. The community has moved to cities and practice diverse occupations.
