Afzal (full name and details unknown) was a Pakistani cricketer who played for Water and Power Development Authority.

Afzal made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1977-78 season, against Muslim Commercial Bank. From the opening order, he scored 25 runs in the first innings in which he batted, and 17 runs in the second, as the team lost the match by a heavy margin.
