Lorena Forteza (born 10 March 1976) is a Colombian model and actress.[1]

Biography

Career

She is known primarily for her part in the film directed by Leonardo Pieraccioni, The Cyclone. The actor-director Leonardo Pieraccioni had noticed in 1996 in a television advertisement for a line of athletic shoes, sent by a commercial network, immediately after deciding to entrust the role of the dancer, Caterina. Equipped with a physical pin-up, in September 1997 was portrayed for the Italian edition of the monthly Playmen. After the success of Il Ciclone, Lorena Forteza has had a fall of fame. After a few sporadic appearances on television, in 2005 is back in show business by participating in the TV movie Il mondo é meraviglioso, where she played the role of Elena Martinez.

Illness

Married to the former champion of offshore powerboat racing, Damiano Spelta, after giving birth to her son Ruben in 1995, she spent a period of deep depression postpartum. And, unfortunately for the young actress, the demands of work were falling and the pounds increased. She subsequently became the spokesperson for a line of extra large women's clothing.
