The Medium Support Vehicle System (MSVS) is a designation for a class of medium logistics vehicles used by the Canadian Army. It can either refer to the Standard Military Pattern (SMP) based on the Renault Kerax for use by the regular forces and for overseas deployments, or for the Militarized Commercial Off-The-Shelf (MilCOTS) pattern based on the Navistar 7400 for use by the Canadian Army Reserve and for domestic purposes. These Replaced the Medium Logistics Vehicle, Wheeled (MLVW) in Canadian service.[1]
