Wanggeom-seong (Korean: 왕검성) was the capital city of Gojoseon from 194 to 108 BC, South Korean sources claim it was located somewhere around Liaodong (Present China), whilst other Korean histories report it being more in the location of the Pyongyang, the capital of modern North Korea. It is also known as Wangheom-seong (Korean왕험성; 王險城).[1]
