Helen Amos (born 30 June 1948) is an Australian former professional tennis player.

A right-handed player from South Australia, Amos was a quarter-finalist at the 1966 Australian Championships.[1]

Amos was scheduled to meet Billie Jean King in the first round of the 1968 US Open, for the new tournament's inaugural match, but got replaced at the last minute when she didn't show up in time.[2][3]
