Sunil Alagh is a renowned Indian business leader. He regularly appears on Indian TV and is on the board of multiple companies including Prasar Bharati India and United Breweries.[1]

He is a former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Britannia Industries, an Indian food products corporation. He joined Britannia in December 1974 and was the company's managing director for over a decade.[2] He is credited with Britannia's rise to being India's largest biscuit company.[3] He was later asked to quit by the Board of Britannia in June 2003, for alleged misappropriation of company funds for his personal use.[4][5][6] According to Sunil Alagh it was because he had become so big that he became an irritant to the promoters of Britannia.[7]

After his exit from Britannia, Alagh founded a consulting firm, SKA Advisors, which advises clients on marketing strategies.[8] He was appointed as the President of the All India Management Association (AIMA) in 2004.[9] He was also the host of The Job Show on CNBC India, the first televised job hunt on Indian television.[10]
