James "Jimmy" Grehan (born 17 March 1987) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who has played in the 2010s.

He has played for St. George Illawarra Dragons (junior), Parramatta Eels (squad), Western Suburbs Magpies (Reserve grade), Limoux Grizzlies, Castleford Tigers and the Batley Bulldogs (loan), as a centre, second-row, or loose forward.[3]
