Jeffrey "Jeff" Dunne (born 14 May 1956) is a former Australian rules footballer. Recruited from the Ballarat Football League, he played for St Kilda as a hard running back pocket, he was a solid defender and represented Victoria. He is now a business man based in Tasmania with his wife and 4 children (3 sons, 1 daughter).

He won the club's best and fairest award twice and is still actively involved in sport.
