Kamal Abdulsalam Elgargni (born 1973 in Tripoli) is a Libyan bodybuilder. In 2005 he had Qatari nationality.

In 2011, Abdusalam had his Arab Games gold medal stripped for testing positive to banned substances. In 2019 he was crowned Mr Olympia in 212 division Referenced to.[1]
