Joe Loyd Sweeden is the Oklahoma Senator representing District 10, which includes Kay, Osage, Pawnee and Payne counties, since 2006.[1] He currently serves as the Democratic Whip. He previously served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1999 through 2006.
