Björn "Lurch" Andersson (born 5 July 1950) is a former Swedish handball player who competed in the 1972 Summer Olympics.[1]

In 1972 he was part of the Swedish team which finished seventh in the Olympic tournament.[1] He played five matches and scored eleven goals.
