Katsuhiko Kumazaki (熊崎 勝彦, Kumazaki Katsuhiko, born January 24, 1942) is the commissioner for the Nippon Professional Baseball league. He has served as the Commissioner of Baseball (NPB) since 2014. He has handed out punishments for many reasons including gambling.[1] He has been key in the return of baseball to the 2020 Olympics.[2]
