José Naya (July 25, 1896 – January 29, 1977) was an Uruguayan football (soccer) player who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics.

He was a member of the Uruguayan team, which won the gold medal in the football tournament.

Naya played club football for Liverpool de Montevideo.
