Benešovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 17.16 square kilometres (6.63 sq mi), and has a population of 176 (as at 28 August 2006).

Benešovice lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) south-east of Tachov, 35 km (22 mi) west of Plzeň, and 117 km (73 mi) west of Prague.
