Bohuslavice nad Vláří is a village and municipality (obec) in Zlín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.85 square kilometres (2.64 sq mi), and has a population of 413 (as at 3 July 2006).

Bohuslavice nad Vláří lies approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi) south-east of Zlín and 277 km (172 mi) south-east of Prague.
