Loukov is a village and municipality (obec) in Kroměříž District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 14.71 square kilometres (5.68 sq mi), and has a population of 949 (as at 3 July 2006).

Loukov lies approximately 28 kilometres (17 mi) north-east of Kroměříž, 21 km (13 mi) north of Zlín, and 249 km (155 mi) east of Prague.
