Nosislav is a market town (městys) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The town covers an area of 17.06 square kilometres (6.59 sq mi), and has a population of 1,242.

Nosislav lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south of Brno and 201 km (125 mi) south-east of Prague.
