Prakšice is a village and municipality (obec) in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 9.57 square kilometres (3.69 sq mi), and has a population of 971 (as at 3 July 2006).

Prakšice lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) east of Uherské Hradiště, 19 km (12 mi) south of Zlín, and 259 km (161 mi) south-east of Prague.
