Přestavlky is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.65 square kilometres (1.41 sq mi), and has a population of 280 (as at 1 June 2008).

Přestavlky lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south of Přerov, 28 km (17 mi) south-east of Olomouc, and 233 km (145 mi) east of Prague.
