Přísečná is a village and municipality (obec) in Český Krumlov District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.26 square kilometres (2.42 sq mi), and has a population of 202 (as at 28 August 2006).

Přísečná lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Český Krumlov, 19 km (12 mi) south-west of České Budějovice, and 140 km (87 mi) south of Prague.
