Unkovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.72 square kilometres (1.44 sq mi), and has a population of 693.

Unkovice lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south of Brno and 197 km (122 mi) south-east of Prague.
