Ernest John "Midge" Didham (born 1945 in Mosgiel, New Zealand) is a retired jockey.

Some of the achievements during his career included winning the 1970 Melbourne Cup (Baghdad Note), two Caulfield Cups (Ming Dynasty and Silver Bounty), one Oakleigh Plate (Merger) and a Moonee Valley Gold Cup (Tai Salute).

He retired from riding in 1985 and has been a trainer ever since.
