Gajendra Singh Khimsar King of Khimsar, MLA from Lohawat Rajasthan, and appointed as a minister of industry, He is a powerful politician and hotelier and s sport enthusiasts (29/10/2014) Gajendra Singh Khimsar India.[1] He completed his schooling from The Doon School and went on to pursue Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Western Ontario, Canada.[2] He became the state Minister of Power & Energy of Rajasthan.[2][3] Gajendra Singh Khimsar BJP Member of Legislative Assembly from Lohawat, Rajasthan. Held responsibilities as Minister of Energy, Govt. of Rajasthan (2003-2008). Khimsar Group of Hotels is the recipient of the "Best Grand Heritage Hotel Award".[citation needed]

Gajendra Singh of Khimsar (Born 25 December 1959) is a Member of Legislative Assembly (Lohawat,Rajasthan) since 2003. He held responsibilities as Minister of Energy, Govt. of Rajasthan (2003-2008). He hails from the family of Khimsar and is the 20th direct descendant of Rao Karamsi (Founder of the Karamsot Clan of Rathore's).[citation needed] He is married to Priti Kumari and has two children- Dhananjai Singh and Urvashi Kumari. Gajendra Singh went to the Doon School in Dehradun and graduated from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi. He pursued his post graduation studies at the University of Western Canada.[citation needed] He also represented India at the World Squash Championship.[citation needed] During his college years, he was ranked 28th in the PSA (Professional Squash Association) world rankings.[citation needed] He was also ranked no.2 in Canada and was the finalist of the US and Canadian Open.[citation needed] A Hotelier by profession, the Khimsar Group of Hotels has been recipient of the 'National Grand Heritage Award For Excellence'- the highest recognition conferred upon any heritage property by the Department of Tourism, Government of India.[citation needed]
