Honoria Somerville Keer, MBChB (26 December 1883 – 20 March 1969) was a British surgeon during World War I, where she served as Assistant Medical Officer with the Girton and Newnham Unit of the Scottish Women's Hospitals for Foreign Service . Caroline Keer is her elder half-sister by their father, Major General Jonathan Keer (1825-1907), ex-HM Bengal Staff Corps.
