The Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC) is an American IP creation and production studio based in Culver City, California. The studio was founded in 2016 by Emmy-Winning Producer Eli Holzman and Aaron Saidman, and funded via private equity from three investors and former collaborators Sheldon Yellen, David J. Adelman, and Michael G. Rubin.[1] IPC develops and produces a wide range of television, film, documentary, and interactive mobile content.[1] IPC is best known for the hit cable series Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath,[2] which debuted on November 29, 2016, and was the most watched new series on the A&E Network in two years.[3][4] In July 2017, the high-profile Scientology series received an Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Informational Series or Special".[5][6] In August 2018, IPC was acquired by Core Media and relaunched the studio as Industrial Media.[7]
