Ashley Springer is an American actor and magician who is best known for his role in the 2007 American horror comedy[1] Teeth, written and directed by Mitchell Lichtenstein.[2] His other films include Dare, The Visitor, and The Wolf of Wall Street.[3]
Springer, a native of Manhattan,[citation needed] attended Stuyvesant High School,[4] and went on to graduate from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University[citation needed] in 2004.[citation needed] He started performing magic professionally at the age of 9, and went on to win many awards, including first place at the International Brotherhood of Magicians stage magic competition.
In 2015 he produced and acted in The Impossibilities alongside his wife, Kati Rediger. The Impossibilities was nominated for a Gotham Award in the category of Breakthrough Short-Form Series.[5]
