Severny (Russian: Северный) is a rural locality (a settlement) in Susolovskoye Rural Settlement, Velikoustyugsky District, Vologda Oblast, Russia. The population was 464 as of 2002.[2] There are 10 streets.

The distance to Veliky Ustyug is 54 km, to Susolovskoye is 6 km. Khimzavod is the nearest rural locality.
