Kapaldo is a town and a locality in the North Burnett Region, Queensland, Australia.[1][2]

The town derives its name from the railway station name, assigned by the Queensland Railways Department on 19 June 1925, based on an Aboriginal word meaning scrubby ground.[1]

Anyarro Provisional School opened in February 1928 and closed on September 1929 due to low student numbers.[3]
