Romance in Marseille is a novel by Claude McKay. The novel was published posthumously in 2020, as editors considered the novel too transgressive for when it was written.[1][2] The novel is in part based on the real-life experiences of Simeon Dede.[3]
The novel is McKay's second posthumously published work.[3]
