Plen Promdaen (Thai: เพลิน พรหมแดน), or birthname Somsuan Promsawang (Thai: สมส่วน พรหมสว่าง) was a Luk thung and speak story singer and a 2012 National Artist from Thailand[1][2]

He was born 12 June 1939 at Sa Kaeo Province. His parents are Pluem and Tun Promsawang. He had five cousins. He was played on stage from the 1970s – present[when?]. He was notable in the psychedelic music area.[3]
