Rolando "Loco" Serrano Lazaro (born 13 November 1938 Pamplona, Colombia) was a Colombian football midfielder.

Career

Serrano helped the Colombia national football team qualify for the 1962 FIFA World Cup finals, the team's first, but missed a penalty attempt against Peru in the qualifying round.[1] He competed for Colombia at the 1962 FIFA World Cup finals in Chile.[2] He also competed for Colombia in the 1963 South American Championship.[3]

After retiring from playing, Serrano was appointed the manager of local club Cúcuta Deportivo in January 1982.[1]
