iCIMS, Inc. is a cloud recruiting platform that enables companies to manage and scale their recruiting programs through an end-to-end talent acquisition platform and an ecosystem of nearly 300 integrated partners. The company is based in Holmdel, New Jersey, with offices in Manhattan, NY, Washington, D.C., San Jose, CA and the UK. It was founded in 2000 by current Chairman, Colin Day.[1] iCIMS is an acronym that stands for Internet Collaborative Information Management Systems.[2][3]

iCIMS company subsidiaries include: Jobmagic, Inc.,[4] TextRecruit[5] and Jibe, Inc.[6]

In 2015, iCims partnered with TextRecruit, a communication tool that facilitates the recruiting cycle utilizing emails, talk, and AI.[7]. In 2018, iCIMS acquired TextRecruit.[8]

In 2019, iCIMS was No. 1 in the market share of recruiting technologies, validating the value of talent management and the tools used to find, employ and retain the best candidates.[9]
