Joseph S. Miller

Joseph S. Miller was a Commissioner of Internal Revenue at the Internal Revenue Service in the United States. His state was West Virginia.[1]

Miller served as IRS Commissioner from March 20, 1885 to March 20, 1889 and from April 19, 1893 to November 26, 1896.[1]
