Jörn Wemmer (born May 13, 1984) is a German footballer who plays for TSG Einheit Bernau in the amateur Brandenburg-Liga, at level 6 of the German football league system.[1] Wemmer played most of his career with a mix of professional and amateur teams from levels 4 through 6, but did sign with professional Erzgebirge Aue as a backup player for two seasons, appearing in seven matches with them in level 3. Liga, then five matches in level 2. Bundesliga during his second season with the team.

Wemmer is the older brother of footballer Jens Wemmer.
