Harold McGluwa is a South African politician who serves as a Member of the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature. A member of the Democratic Alliance (DA), he is the provincial chairperson of the DA in the Northern Cape, elected in 2012.[1] He is also the party's chief whip in the legislature. McGluwa was previously the provincial head of the Independent Democrats (ID).[2]

McGluwa's brother, Joe McGluwa, serves as a Member of Parliament for the DA and is also the party's provincial leader in the North West.
