Corneliu Teodorini (18 September 1893 in Craiova, Romania – 10 July 1976 in Bucharest, Romania) was a Romanian general during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves.

He commanded the Romanian forces during the Kerch–Eltigen Operation in Crimea in November 1943.
