Rangiuru is a village in the Bay of Plenty of New Zealand's North Island.[1]
It has three local marae:
- Te Matai or Ngāti Kurī Marae and its Tapuika meeting house are affiliated with the Tapuika hapū of Ngāti Kurī
- Te Paamu Marae and Tia meeting house are affiliated with the Tapuika hapū of Ngāti Marukukere
- Tūhourangi Marae and Tūhourangi meeting house are affiliated with Tūhourangi[2][3]
Education
Rangiuru School is a co-educational state primary school for Year 1 to 8 students,[4] with a roll of 70 as of February 2024.[5]
